Join Our Love Y’all DEI Advisory Committee

All of us at Love Y’all believe that romance is for all and in order to keep supporting and championing diverse stories and marginalized storytellers we are expanding our DEI Advisory Committee and we’d love for you to join us.

Purpose: To ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are at the forefront of Love Y’all’s organizational decisions and programming.

How: The committee will help advise during author selections and programming. They’ll help the organizers in selecting and vetting the keynotes and vendors. They’ll help in selecting the author scholarship recipients and aid in selection of charitable organizations Love Y’all partners with.

The committee will meet monthly via zoom and keep communication open via a private discord.

Selection of the new committee will follow a review of the applications and a short interview. 

This will be a paid opportunity for the selected committee.
